In a blend of sophisticated alternative folk, spontaneous jazz and experimental songwriting, Nic T's songs evoke a sense of freedom and the kind of authenticity that spontaneous performances can evoke when "polluted" with mistakes and small ambient noises. Between unexpected dissonances and unconventional sound solutions, his songs remain surprisingly catchy. They develop around melodic lines and harmonic progressions that intertwine and dialogue with the voice.
